Common terms

These terms apply to every paid CareerSense product.

1. C1. Educational purpose only. All content is for learning and self-preparation. It is not career, legal or professional advice.
2. C2. No job guarantee. CareerSense does not promise, guarantee or imply any job, interview call, shortlist, offer, salary or placement. Results depend on your own effort and on employers.
3. C3. Price and payment. The price shown at checkout is final and set by CareerSense; payments are processed securely by Razorpay. CareerSense does not store card or UPI details.
4. C4. Fair use. Personal, non-commercial use. Do not resell, redistribute or misuse the service, or attempt to bypass payment.
5. C5. Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, CareerSense's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.
6. C6. Changes. We may update these terms; the version you accepted at purchase applies to that purchase.
7. C7. Governing law. Laws of India; courts at Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.

Section A: JD Decoder

1. A1. About the service. JD Decoder is a digital education and interview-preparation tool by CareerSense (operated by CodeBita Technology). It analyses a job description you provide and generates explanations, skill-gap notes, practice questions, answers and a preparation plan.
2. A2. No employer affiliation. CareerSense is not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for any company named in a job description you submit. Questions are practice questions, not the employer's actual interview questions.
3. A3. AI-generated content. Questions and answers are generated with the help of artificial intelligence and may contain errors or omissions. Verify important information independently.
4. A4. Your input. Submit only job descriptions you are allowed to share. Do not include personal, confidential or sensitive information. You are responsible for the content you submit.
5. A5. Delivery and access. Delivered digitally, usually within minutes, and saved under My Decoded JDs in your account.
6. A6. Refunds. No refund once the decode is generated. Refund or redelivery applies only in two cases: you were charged but did not receive your decode, or you were charged twice. Contact help@careersense.in within 7 days of the payment.

Section B: Digital Publications

1. B1. About the guides. Digital Publications are interactive career guides written and published by CareerSense (operated by CodeBita Technology), accessed online in your account under My Guides.
2. B2. Information and accuracy. Guides reflect information available at the time of writing or the last update shown in the guide. Salaries, fees, hiring trends and company details change; verify before making financial or career decisions. Tools such as scorecards and EMI calculators give estimates only.
3. B3. Third parties. Companies, institutes, courses and consultancies named in a guide are examples for educational purposes. Mention is not endorsement, affiliation or a claim about any specific organisation.
4. B4. Licence and copyright. Purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to read the guide. All content is owned by CareerSense. You may not copy, share login access, download, reproduce, resell or publish any part of it.
5. B5. Access. Access stays available in your account for as long as CareerSense offers the guide service. We may update a guide; you get the updated version at no extra cost.
6. B6. Refunds. A free preview is available before purchase. No refund once the guide has been opened. Refund or restored access applies only in two cases: you were charged but cannot access the guide, or you were charged twice. Contact help@careersense.in within 7 days of the payment.
